One-on-one specialist care for athletes competing at the highest level, and programs for the teams and organizations who stand behind them.
Elite Athlete Services is a clinic first. Our psychologists, neuropsychologists, performance specialists, physiotherapists, and physicians work one-on-one with professional athletes, and with the rising high performers coming up behind them, on mental health, performance, concussion recovery, and the transition out of sport.
For the teams and organizations behind them, we build programs around that same care: assessment, protocols, and mental performance work delivered across a roster, with a clear, shared picture for the medical, coaching, and executive staff who carry the duty of care.
Confidential, individual work with a specialist who knows pro sport: mental health, performance, concussion recovery, and life after the game. Usually by referral from your team, your agent, or a partner organization.

A neuropsychologist with three decades of clinical practice, Dr. Mrazik leads the clinical side of EAS. His work sets the standard for how we assess and support every athlete we take on.
He also hosts the EAS Podcast, guiding honest conversations about the human side of performance, well-being, and support.
A Hockey Hall of Fame defenceman and four-time Stanley Cup champion, Paul Coffey co-owns Elite Athlete Services. His name opens doors, but it's his understanding of what athletes carry, on the ice and long after, that shapes how we work.
Behind them stands a team of psychologists, neuropsychologists, performance specialists, and physicians who have spent their careers inside professional sport.
We're a focused team, and we do our best work in depth rather than at volume. Our one-on-one care centres on professional athletes, with room for the young high performers coming up behind them, usually through a referral from a team, an agent, or a partner organization.
Teams, leagues, players' associations, and the medical, coaching, and executive staff who support them.
A note on fit: at the moment we aren't able to take on youth or recreational athletes for individual sessions, and we never want that to feel like a closed door. We're a focused team, and we do right by the athletes we take on by keeping that work concentrated where we can have the deepest impact. If you're a parent or a developing athlete, reach out anyway. We're always glad to point you toward people and resources who are a great fit for where you are right now.

Team programs run on EAS Technology, which gives organizations a continuous, objective read on how their people are actually doing, built on validated clinical instruments.
