Our credibility isn't a tagline. It's Hall of Fame ownership, career clinicians, and specialists who have spent their lives inside professional sport, and who know exactly what's at stake when an athlete walks through the door.
EAS was founded on a simple conviction: the mental side of sport is as decisive as the physical, and elite athletes deserve care built specifically for the demands they face. Our leadership came to that belief the hard way, through professional careers shaped by performance pressure, injury, and the question of who you are when the game ends.
Today we pair that lived understanding with clinical depth: one-on-one specialist care for athletes at the top of their sport and on their way there, and programs for the teams and organizations around them, supported by our own technology.
A neuropsychologist with three decades of clinical practice, Dr. Mrazik leads the clinical side of EAS. The way we assess, the way we treat, and the standard of care every athlete receives all run through him.
As host of the EAS Podcast, he guides honest conversations about the human side of performance, well-being, and support: the same conversations he has with athletes one-on-one.
One of the most prolific scoring defencemen in the history of the game, Paul Coffey is a four-time Stanley Cup champion and a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame. As co-owner of EAS, he brings something no credential can manufacture: a career's worth of understanding what athletes carry, at the height of competition and long after the final game.
That perspective sets the standard for how we work, and gives the athletes and organizations we partner with the confidence that they're in hands that have been where they are.
"Mental health is becoming just as important as physical training. When we support the whole athlete, we build stronger teams, a stronger game, and proudly reflect the values that define us." Paul Coffey
